UV-C Disinfection

UV-C is a fast and growing technology to support environmental disinfection from bacteria and viruses becasue of the added benefit that they can be operated and work whilst others are present, disinfecting in the background or overnight.

This technology works quickly to disinfect and areas and then continues to do so with no ventilation, no stains and compact and portable designs.

How does it work? Well the emitted ultraviolet light destroys the DNA or RNA of any exposed microorganism stopping it in its tracks.

Air Disinfection

These devices are an ideal, economical and aesthetic solution to the problem of air disinfection in constantly occupied rooms where exposed UV-C light cannot be used whilst people/animals are in the vicinity.

Using forced circulation, air passes through the bottom of the unit and up through the interior of the lamp, where it is exposed to UV-C light and disinfected, before pushed out as clean air at the top. Shielded UV-C light does not escape from the unit, so it can be used in rooms where it can safely and effectively disinfect the air in the presence of people, allowing them to carry-on with their work. This method allows for eliminating harmful microbes from 110 to 160 m3 of air per hour.

Surface Disinfection

Our 108W UV-C lamp is able to effectively kill surface microorganisms within an area of 35m2, whilst our 72W model is effective in an area of 25m2

The high-power UV-C lamps are recommended for use in larger healthcare facilities, doctors surgeries, residential care homes, convenience stores, public and private transport vehicles, petrol stations, courier companies, public administration and educational establishments and within private homes.

It takes just 15 minutes to fully-disinfect the recommended area.
